This role combines hands-on field leadership with project coordination, customer communication, and team management.

The ideal candidate has experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, or related trades and can lead crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. Key Responsibilities Respond to water, fire, smoke, mold, and mitigation losses. Manage restoration projects from initial inspection through completion. Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, plumbers, property managers, and other stakeholders. Set up containment systems, drying equipment, and monitoring systems. Document jobs with photographs, moisture readings, and detailed notes. Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety procedures. Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Complete paperwork and job documentation accurately and on time. Participate in an on-call emergency response rotation as required. Assist with crew leadership, training, and quality control. Qualifications Required Restoration or mitigation experience. Experience with moisture mapping and structural drying equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of environments. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems effectively. Preferred Leadership or project management experience. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, or related certifications).
Pay:
$54,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
