Holland Home is growing, and we are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and compassionate Renovation Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, demonstrates strong time management, and brings a proactive, problem-solving mindset to every project. Job Duties Assisting new residents with the transition to Holland Home. Establishing preferences for unit renovations via meetings with prospective residents and their families by guiding design fit and finish, color selections, etc. Organizing and communicating renovation details throughout the process. Coordinating move-in dates and tracking project progress within scheduled renovation timelines. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree or commensurate field experience in Interior Design, Business Management, or related field Experience with Smartsheet, DocuSign, WorxHub, Procore, Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications Progressively responsible experience that results in the required specialized knowledge and abilities related to interior design General knowledge of the methods, techniques and materials used in various areas of construction Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with incoming residents and their families, internal teams and valued vendors Written and computer skills necessary to maintain required documentation Proven experience to provide excellent customer service to our incoming residents, addressing concerns in a compassionate, timely manner Benefits PTO and paid holidays Medical Benefit Credit Program (choose the best benefits for you and your needs) Retirement Savings Plan with employer matching Insurance Allotments as well as FSA and HSA options About Holland Home Trillium Living is comprised of 9 complementary organizations that serve the needs of older adults, including Holland Home.
