The Project Coordinator is a vital bridge between planning and execution. Working in close partnership with the Project Manager, you will ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You are the engine that keeps project documentation, communication, and scheduling running smoothly to meet and exceed client expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Scheduling Coordinate project management activities, resources, and equipment in alignment with the Project Manager's strategy. Deconstruct complex projects into actionable steps with defined timeframes. Assign tasks to internal teams and actively manage schedules to prevent bottlenecks. Monitor progress daily, proactively identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
Financial & Resource Management Budget Support:
Assist in preparing project budgets and tracking expenditures.
Procurement:
Oversee project procurement management to ensure materials and services are available when needed.
Resource Tracking:
Utilize digital tools to monitor working hours, project plans, and financial outlays.
Communication & Documentation Point of Contact:
Act as the primary liaison for project status updates among all stakeholders.
Risk Analysis:
Analyze potential risks and opportunities, reporting findings to leadership.
Compliance:
Issue necessary legal paperwork, including contracts and terms of agreement.
Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and performance reports.
Required Skills & Abilities Communication:
Ability to communicate with clarity, professionalism, and respect with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal colleagues.
Problem Solving:
Effective at resolving conflicts and technical issues in a way that balances client needs with financial and schedule constraints.
Organization:
Highly organized with a proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities without losing sight of the details.
Autonomy:
Ability to work independently while accurately representing the company's core values and goals.
Quality Focus:
Sharp attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards.
Education & Experience Proven Experience:
Demonstrated history as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Project Lifecycle:
Experience managing projects from initial conception through to final delivery.
Technical Literacy:
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace Hands-on experience with project management software Ability to prepare and interpret building plans, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with risk management, quality assurance controls, and construction-specific workflows.

$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
