The Stow Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Project Lead located in Holland, MI . We are the country's premier source for custom closets and organizational solutions; designed, custom-cut, and shipped directly to our clients.
Primary Purpose of Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Leader to drive the successful planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Leader serves as a key liaison between stakeholders, functional teams, and leadership, facilitating communication, removing obstacles, and maintaining project momentum throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate cross-functional activities and resources to keep projects on track and aligned with strategic objectives. Track project budgets, expenditures, and vendor-related costs, ensuring effective financial management and reporting. Communication & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Facilitate project meetings, including agenda development, meeting leadership, documentation of decisions, and follow-up on action items. Provide regular project status updates and communicate schedule changes, scope adjustments, risks, and key decisions to impacted stakeholders. Foster collaboration and alignment across departments to ensure successful project outcomes. Project Governance & Administration Maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, risk registers, issue logs, and decision records. Ensure project information is accurate, organized, and readily accessible to stakeholders. Support project governance processes, reporting requirements, and executive presentations. Assist the Program Director in driving continuous improvement initiatives, project reporting, and portfolio management activities Other Lives Company values on a daily basis. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Communications, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience leading or coordinating projects in a business, operational, or project management environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project reporting, dashboards, and data analysis preferred. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently while effectively influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams. Proven ability to identify issues, assist with solutions, and drive projects to completion. Interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The Stow Company Must have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Must have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel in an office and a manufacturing environment Ability to take the initiative and work well independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
