Position Overview We are seeking a full-time, on-site bilingual Assistant Project Manager to support project execution, with a strong focus on construction administration (공무), cost control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication . This role serves as a key link between Korean leadership, field operations, subcontractors, and English-speaking project stakeholders in a fast-paced industrial construction environment. Key Responsibilities Project Administration / 공무 Manage daily project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence Maintain organized project filing and document control systems Support RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation tracking Cost & Contract Management Track project costs, budgets, and commitments Manage subcontractor progress billing and payment applications Support change order preparation, tracking, and documentation Review invoices, purchase orders, and vendor pricing Procurement Support Coordinate material and equipment procurement with vendors and suppliers Request and compare quotations Support delivery tracking and logistics coordination Project Coordination Coordinate with LG Energy Solution representatives, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams Support site management with scheduling updates and progress tracking Attend project meetings and provide bilingual (Korean/English) communication support Reporting & Controls Assist with monthly cost reports and progress reporting Track quantities, work progress, and productivity metrics Support project closeout documentation as needed QualificationsRequired Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project administration (공무), project coordination, or related construction roles Fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written) Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial construction projects Strong understanding of construction documentation, billing, subcontractor management, and cost tracking Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team environment Preferred Experience in battery plant (SRP), automotive, semiconductor, or heavy industrial construction projects Prior experience working with Korean contractors or Korean-owned construction companies Knowledge of construction scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
