Project Manager

GetPro Painting is a Construction and Painting company in Livonia, Michigan, serving clients throughout Southeast Michigan. We service single-family homes, apartments, condominiums, commercial buildings and industrial buildings. We are looking for an honest, experienced, and skilled project manager, that has experience in managing interior/exterior painting and a bonus would be concrete polishing/epoxy flooring. Hard-working, organized with strong follow-up skills are a must to succeed and grow with our company. Starting salary based on estimating and project management experience with tremendous potential to grow by producing strong results and becoming a key member of the TEAM. Responsibilities:

Project management of single-family home, apartment and commercial painting. Visiting projects on a regular basis to track the progression of contractor work Estimating experience is not a must but a plus (training can be provided)

Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years of project management experience Must be reliable and dependable Must be TEAM oriented Must have the ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities Role on the Team (Job Functions): Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project. Develop a schedule for jobs Manage/oversee jobs - maintain ongoing communications with homeowners/clients throughout work. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
