Aristeo, a leader in the manufacturing, industrial, and power & energy sectors, is currently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects ranging from $500,000 to $50 million, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance. Partnering with superintendents, you will manage all aspects of the project to ensure seamless operations and successful outcomes. What You'll Do:
Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety leaders to identify and correct hazards Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead consistent owner's coordination and reporting meetings Establish and maintain the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, and monitoring compliance Prioritize effective and continuous communication across client representatives, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams Manage financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self-perform and subcontractor costs, and ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope gaps Ensure compliance with applicable Labor Agreements Coordinate and oversee weekly subcontractor meetings Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate accurate subcontracts and change orders Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project aligned with the plan Plan and manage effective project closeout, ensuring an expeditious and quality handover processWhat You'll Bring:
Ability to communicate professionally verbally and written with the ability to lead teams and resolves conflict Self-motivated leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teams Highly organized with strong planning and analytic skills, attention to detail, and expert attention to detail An ability to manage all aspects of a project, including technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial responsibility Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, and Viewpoint Vista software Experience in the automotive sector is preferred Experience in heavy civil construction is preferred but not requiredExperience:
