Job Summary :
The Prototype Project Manager I will assist with the administrative activities of a project, the planning process and achieving customer expectations. The Prototype Project Manager I will monitor the implementation and timing of project deliverables, assign responsibilities, and work to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and functioning smoothly. As a Prototype Project Manager I, you will: Direct and manage coordination groups that assign goals for subcontractors Plan, schedule, and oversee coordinator activities and relay customer expectations Develop and execute large project plans Complete milestones on-time, on budget and with quality Collect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compile presentations and reports Manage day-to-day build operations supporting department management Review project status daily and report percentage of completion Lead continuous quality improvement activities To be considered as a Prototype Project Manager I, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, very detail oriented and effectively host presentations Great customer service, reliable attendance, and ability to work overtime Advanced MS Office skills, specifically with Excel (macros, pivot tables and formulas), Word, and PowerPoint Ability to lead and work with different cross functional teams and have excellent organizational skills A successful candidate may also have: Associate degree in Business or related field Good ability to interpret customer requests and deliverables Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends Our full-time benefits include: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, earned sick time, STD, LTD, 401K, tuition reimbursement, employee referral bonuses, paid vacation, paid holidays.
