As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated, solution-driven Project Manager to join our contract team. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and project execution. Position Summary The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, specifications, customer expectations, and delivery schedules are met. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams. Responsibilities Review customer Purchase Orders (POs), quotations, and project specifications to ensure project accuracy and resolve discrepancies Manage projects from award through completion while maintaining organization and accountability throughout each phase Perform front-end review of project submittals and specifications Coordinate closely with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure successful project execution Maintain cloud-based project documentation and organized project files Conduct job site condition surveys and obtain field dimensions for custom items as needed Monitor project schedules, equipment releases, and shipping timelines to ensure on-time delivery Communicate proactively with job sites regarding scheduling, updates, and potential delays Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, efficiencies, and operational processes Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Maintain daily phone and email communication with customers, vendors, and internal team members Travel to job sites for coordination and field measurments Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications & Skills Previous Project Management experience preferred Strong customer service and relationship management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Goal-oriented with a professional and positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to quickly learn and adapt to business software systems What We Offer Full-time stable employment Competitive compensation - BASED
