The Role We're hiring a Project Manager who doesn't just track projects—but drives them. You will be fully accountable for project success—from estimating handoff to final delivery. That means schedule, budget, execution, communication, and results. No handholding. No passing the buck. What You'll Own Manage all phases of projects from estimating handoff to completion Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and execution plans Coordinate all project activities, meetings, and deliverables Communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders Maintain project documentation, logs, and reports Review financials, WIP, and project performance Coordinate invoicing and logistics including barge scheduling when required Other duties assigned by leadership What It Takes Experience in industrial fabrication, construction, or heavy manufacturing Ability to manage complex, moving projects Strong leadership and decision-making ability High attention to detail with a bias for action Problem-solving mindset and accountability Work on large, complex, high-impact projects Real responsibility and ownership What You'll Oversee Direct and coordinate with project manager assistants Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees Assign work and guide as required Resolve issues and support team development Other Duties as assigned by leadership What you'll Bring Detail-oriented with strong organizational, planning, and tracking skills required. Must exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask by handling projects simultaneously. High School Diploma/G.E.D Associate degree, bachelor's preferred 3 - 5 Experience Master in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong work ethic in Excel Mechanical, structural steel, drafting, detailing, design experience a plus Contract review and technical documents/specifications Understanding of welding and fabrication a plus Microsoft Office Skills Knowledge of the following software a plus: Job Boss or other
