Job Description

Company Overview:
Comprehensive Care Services, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Project Manager. This position is located at our corporate office located in Plymouth, Michigan. Must have Bachelors degree and be able to work a flexible schedule as needed. Must have at least 3-5 years experience in a project manager role.
JOB PURPOSE AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager is responsible for the direction and management of project planning and implementation according to established timelines and within prescribed budgets, while providing status reports and recommendations for course correction to the Leadership Team. This position is also responsible for developing and facilitating employee training on new systems and processes, utilizing, and adapting vendor tools as required, as well as monitoring project success to identify any additional training needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Sets team direction and assigns work to team members Coordinates activities across different organizational functions Ensures resource availability and allocation Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manages changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Reports and escalates concerns as needed Successfully establishes, manages, and maintains the relationship with vendor(s) and all stakeholders Performs risk management to minimize project risks Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation Develops and facilitates employee training Performs other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common information. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Requires initiative, judgment, and dependability in completing work assignments. Displays well-developed organizational skills, priority setting, and problem-solving techniques.
Information Management Skills:
This job requires computer and systems competency in the following areas: Data entry; data retrieval; use and analyze data.

EDUCATIONAL AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in management, business, information technology, communication, statistics or a related field 3-5 years of experience managing small to medium scale projects (i.e., business, finance, digital product, software, customer centric design, IT, etc.) 2-4 years of experience using, leading, or coaching Agile / Scrum methodology with cross functional teams Project developer experience in a nonmanagerial role is nice-to-have Experience with all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle Evidence of commitment to continued education and self-development. Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills and communication skills necessary to interact in a professional manner with all stakeholders Proficiency in MS Suite (specifically Word, Excel, PPT, and Teams) Experience with Jira, Smartsheet or other types of PM Tools Experience with a variety of Waterfall Project Management, Agile PM and/or Hybrid. Experience with Health Care Organizations and/or Enterprise Data Management Systems is a plus Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
SUMMARY OF WORKING CONDITIONS AND HAZARDS
Works in a clean, well-lighted, temperature-controlled office, or on occasion, clinical/surgical setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
