Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee 5-7 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple remodeling and construction projects, ranging from large-scale renovations to smaller jobs. Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects stay on track. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Utilize a network of pre-vetted subcontractors to maintain project quality and timelines. Track project progress, resolve issues proactively, and maintain detailed documentation. Uphold the company's reputation for exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in remodeling or luxury residential construction. Familiarity with local building codes and permit processes in Michigan. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset. Experience managing budgets and scheduling multiple projects concurrently. Ability to lead a collaborative, family-oriented team environment.
