Our expertise in the construction industry has been utilized in many diverse markets; Metal Buildings; Religious; Healthcare; Institutional Education; Commercial; Municipal; Industrial and Manufacturing facilities. Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction management principles and be proficient in various project management software tools. Duties Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Assist in the preparation of project start up: submittals, contracts, tracking logs etc. Maintain accurate project documentation Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while balancing multiple tasks. Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations. Requirements Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience and/ or ability to ready and interpret construction plans is a plus.
