We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all phases align with client specifications, safety standards. Duties Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment Monitor project progress through detailed scheduling and tracking, adjusting plans proactively to meet deadlines Review blueprints , schematics, contracts, and technical drawings. Oversee construction site activities to maintain safety standards, quality control, and adherence to project timelines Read and interpret construction schematics and blueprints for accurate implementation on-site Skills Skilled in blueprint reading , schematics interpretation, and technical documentation review Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively Deep understanding of construction site operations combined with hands-on experience in construction management Effective communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders Ability to manage contracts and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards
