Our Company, PREMIUM SERVICES, INC., is a Southfield, MI based provider of integrated facility services (facility, property, grounds and construction related maintenance services ), to a corporate, industrial, institutional and commercial clientele with facilities located throughout Michigan. Objective:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team for Metro Detroit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing facility service projects from initiation through completioin, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communications skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Southfield, MI Responsibilities:
Development, management and growth of our relationship with designated clients. Supervision of all relevant Company staff and contractor/vendor/partner personnel. Problem solving, process management and project commencement-to-completion tasks. Data collection, assessment, management and implementation necessary to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting as needed. Company information systems functions as they pertain to the "Client Relationship." Reporting progress and challenges on a daily basis to both management and customers. Troubleshooting, emergency analysis, critical response duties relevant to compliance with standards and safety regulations. Optimizing procedures and protocols to improve outcomes.
Typical Activities:
Facility(s) maintenance, improvement and project supervision. Day-to-day staff and contractor management. Supervising all Company activities at client job sites throughout designated geographic area of responsibility. Quality control. Customer communications. Any and all routine and emergency activities inherent in our day-to-day operations.
Critical Candidate Trait:
A potential candidate does not have to be an expert in any one discipline or skilled trade but he/she will need to exhibit a directed work-ethic, an ability to adapt-learn and process new information and function in a team centered environment.
