Project Management/Sales Assistant

We are seeking a driven Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial property recovery projects. You will manage emergency mitigation and reconstruction lifecycles for property damage from water, fire, mold, and storms. This role requires budgeting accuracy, field team leadership, and excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities Project Execution:

Lead disaster restoration projects from initial scoping and inspection through final construction walkthrough.

Financial Management:

Build accurate job estimates, manage budgets, track operational costs, and maximize project profitability.

Xactimate Estimating:

Utilize Xactimate software to generate transparent scopes of work for insurance adjusters.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce company safety policies alongside local building codes and standard OSHA regulations on site.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum 3+ years managing projects within the property restoration or construction sector.

Software Tech:

Proficient with Xactimate estimating tools and structural project management tracking systems.

Communication:

Superior verbal and written dialogue skills to mediate between stressed property owners and insurance carriers.

Logistics:

Valid driver's license, a completely clean driving record, and the flexibility to participate in an on-call emergency service rotation.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$65,000 - $90,000 base salary (plus performance-based commission or project bonuses).
