Job Description

- Curtiss Wright is seeking a Sr.
Location:
- Chanhassen, MN
Salary:

Project Management:
Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet performance and budgetary criteria. This includes developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. + Ensure Stage-Gate readiness: entry/exit criteria, artifacts, and approvals are complete and traceable. + Anticipates internal and external business challenges and recommends countermeasures or process improvements. + Sets clear expectations for team and establishes roles and responsibilities. Coaches team members when necessary to ensure team goals are met. + Identifies, monitors, and proactively mitigates/countermeasures risks. + Facilitate sessions, capture minutes, track & close actions. Maintain traceability and audit-ready records. + Drive analytics (KPIs) and continuous improvement - Build KPIs dashboards, Analyze the KPI data, identify systemic issues and recommend process/tool improvements. +Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. This involves overseeing the design and development of engineering solutions. +Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate efforts across various departments, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure project milestones are met. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients and contractors. +Risk Management:
Perform risk assessments to identify potential project obstacles and devise mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. +Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate project objectives, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.Communication:
Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders. + Ensure electrical/software deliverables remain aligned with platform and feature requirements. + Other duties assigned.- What You Bring
