Duties Quote/Estimate .Lead end-to-end project management lifecycle, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Smartsheet to ensure clear scheduling and resource allocation. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to accurately capture business needs and translate them into detailed project specifications. Manage project budgets, perform cost control analyses, and utilize earned value management techniques to track financial performance. Coordinate cross-functional teams through effective meeting facilitation, conflict management, and communication skills to maintain momentum and stakeholder engagement. Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessments to proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies aligned with Lean Six Sigma principles. Oversee vendor management, contract negotiations sales , customer service Utilize process mapping, business process modeling, and requirements analysis to optimize workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives Experience Proven experience supervising diverse project teams in fast-paced environments with a strong emphasis on team management and leadership skills. Demonstrated success managing multiple projects within a program portfolio . Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, and root cause analysis for problem-solving.
