Cabinet Shop Project Manager

We are a fast-paced production cabinet shop focused on efficiency, consistency, and high-volume output. Using advanced CNC equipment and streamlined processes, we deliver quality cabinetry for residential and commercial projects on tight timelines.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a production-driven Project Manager with strong Cabinet Vision engineering experience. This role is heavily focused on preparing accurate, production-ready drawings and data, optimizing workflow, and ensuring the shop runs efficiently. The ideal candidate understands how decisions in engineering impact machining, assembly, and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineer projects in Cabinet Vision with a focus on production efficiency Generate CNC-ready programs, cutlists, and material optimization reports Standardize construction methods and maintain library components Review project scope and drawings for manufacturability Manage project timelines with an emphasis on shop throughput Coordinate closely with production, CNC operators, and assembly teams Identify bottlenecks and improve processes for speed and accuracy Track materials, hardware, and job status through the shop Reduce errors, rework, and waste through precise engineering Support installation team with accurate documentation and issue resolution

Qualifications:

Strong Cabinet Vision experience (required) Background in production cabinetry or high-volume millwork Solid understanding of CNC machinery, nesting, and tooling Experience generating cutlists, G-code, and shop-ready documentation Knowledge of lean manufacturing or process improvement (preferred) Ability to prioritize speed without sacrificing accuracy Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
