We are a fast-growing sewer and drain company specializing in trenchless pipe lining, sewer repairs, and underground services. Our team prides itself on efficiency, quality workmanship, and excellent customer communication. We're looking for a highly organized Permits & Projects Coordinator to help keep our jobs running smoothly from start to finish.Position Overview:
The Permits & Projects Coordinator plays a key role in managing the administrative side of our jobs. This position is responsible for pulling permits, coordinating project schedules, communicating with customers and municipalities, and ensuring projects stay on track.Responsibilities:
Apply for and manage permits with cities and municipalities Schedule inspections and coordinate with inspectors Communicate with homeowners regarding project timelines and requirements Coordinate job scheduling between sales, office staff, and field crews Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met Maintain accurate job records, documents, and updates in CRM/software Handle utility locates and ensure compliance with regulations Assist with project logistics and problem-solving as issues ariseQualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proficient with computers (CRM systems, scheduling software, email, etc.) Valid driver's license (preferred) Preferred (but not required): Experience in construction, plumbing, or municipal permitting Familiarity with sewer repair or underground utility work Knowledge of local permitting processesCompensation & Benefits:
