Project Manager

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include: Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience in commercial construction projects of varying types, sizes, and complexities. Degree in construction engineering, construction management, related certification, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, pricing, subcontractor bidding, proposal presentation, and scheduling. Proficiency in MS Project and Excel, with CAD, Visio, and Procore experience preferred. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project partners. Oversee projects from design development through construction and beyond, including preconstruction coordination, permitting, estimating, and resource planning. Manage subcontractors, project costs, schedules, contract compliance, safety expectations, and overall profitability. Collaborate with ownership and internal financial teams to support project success, maintain client workload, and help drive new business opportunities.

Salary :

$90,000 per year and up, commensurate with experience.
