Job Description
Project Manager - Custom Golf Simulator Builds All Seasons Golf | Golden Valley, MN At All Seasons Golf, we design and build some of the highest-end custom golf simulators in the Midwest. Our projects require precision, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We are looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership of every detail and ensures each project is fully prepared before install day. This is a high-accountability role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience. What Success Looks Like Success in this role is simple to define, but not easy to execute: Every project is fully prepared ahead of install No surprises for the install team Customers, builders, and vendors are aligned and informed Materials are ordered and delivered on time Projects start smoothly and run efficiently At All Seasons Golf, we go beyond the status quo. This role is central to making that happen. What You'll Be Doing You will own the project from planning through install execution.
This includes:
Managing project timelines and installer scheduling Reviewing upcoming projects two to four weeks out to ensure readiness Communicating with customers, builders, and other vendors Creating and sending pre-build plans including outlets, tech tubes, and layout details Ordering materials such as turf, screens, and components in advance of install Coordinating with sales on project nuances and expectations Supporting install teams in real time when issues arise Conducting site visits as needed to ensure project readiness You are the driver of organization, communication, and execution across every project. A Day in the Life A typical day may include: Morning check-ins with install teams to confirm readiness and schedule Reviewing upcoming jobs to ensure rooms are properly prepared Coordinating details with a builder or homeowner Aligning with sales on an upcoming custom project Sending pre-build plans and confirming specifications Ordering materials for projects scheduled weeks out Solving problems proactively before they impact install What This Role Requires This is a high ownership role. You are the reason projects run smoothly. Nothing falls through the cracks You anticipate problems before they happen You manage multiple moving pieces without losing control You communicate clearly and confidently with all parties You take full accountability for outcomes You will not be micromanaged. You will be trusted to perform. What This Role Is Not Not a sit-behind-the-desk-only role Not slow-paced or highly structured corporate project management Not for someone who needs constant direction Not for someone who struggles with organization or follow-through Qualifications 3 - 5 years of project management experience Background in construction, AV, or related trades Experience managing multiple projects at once Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively Tools and Systems We have built our own internal project management system. We are continuously improving it and value someone who is proactive in helping make our systems more efficient and effective. First 60 to 90 Days Learn our systems, workflow, and product Get up to speed on active and upcoming projects Shadow installs and understand field execution Begin owning projects independently We expect a quick ramp-up and a high level of engagement early on.
