asap•January 2027 About the Role This Project Manager role is a contract position, responsible for managing and executing web page updates from initiation through completion. The person in this role will ensure timely delivery, content accuracy, brand and compliance alignment, and seamless collaboration across digital, and business teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities independently.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Manage web update projects end to end, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and partnering with cross functional teams to execute updates efficiently while ensuring content accuracy, brand standards, compliance requirements, business objectives, and timelines are met. Plan, track, and communicate project work within the designated project management tool, including creating and maintaining project documentation, timelines, schedules, and status reports. Monitor project health, interpret schedules, identify risks or dependencies, and proactively recommend solutions to keep work on track. Conduct detailed proofreading and quality reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of Marketing Project Management experience.
Required skills:
Highly detail oriented, well organized, and capable of working independently to move projects forward successfully. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, identify resource needs, and escalate issues appropriately when necessary. Comfortable working in a collaborative environment that values engagement, participation, and open dialogue. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. Prior work experience in the Health Insurance/Payor Industry Understands the importance of regulatory requirements and compliance.
