• Full-time Wolf River Electric is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee our Commercial Electrical Project Management team.

This role is responsible for managing multiple commercial projects, mentoring Project Managers, and driving performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers Oversee commercial electrical projects from start to finish Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Monitor project financials, forecasts, and profitability Support PMs in resolving complex project and client issues Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors Collaborate with estimating and operations teams Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes

Qualifications:

7+ years of electrical construction project management experience 2-3+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills

Pay:

$90,000.00
