Job Description

Description We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to support a series of hardware replacement and upgrade initiatives following a recent acquisition. This is a highly dynamic environment with multiple concurrent workstreams, shifting priorities, and strong cross-functional coordination requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can bring structure to chaos, and drives execution across complex infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities + Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects related to hardware replacements and upgrades across multiple locations or environments + Coordinate across IT, networking, systems, vendors, and business stakeholders to align timelines and dependencies + Manage multiple parallel workstreams with competing priorities and evolving scope + Drive project plans, milestones, risk mitigation, and status reporting in a fast-moving environment + Quickly assess gaps, remove blockers, and adjust plans as needed to keep projects on track + Partner with leadership to provide visibility into progress, risks, and resource needs + Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during transitions and deployments Interested candidates should submit resumes to sally.lander@roberthalf(.com). Requirements
  • 7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
  • Proven background managing data center, network, and broader infrastructure projects in complex environments.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale hardware refresh, upgrade, or replacement programs across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including dependencies across systems, networking, vendors, and business operations.
  • Familiarity with merger and acquisition environments and the ability to manage projects influenced by post-acquisition priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations, manage competing demands, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting project status, risks, and resource needs to leadership.
