This role serves as a key connection between customers, dealers, designers, internal teams, and manufacturing partners, ensuring projects are accurately quoted, properly specified, and seamlessly transitioned into production. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Serve as the primary liaison between customers, dealers, internal teams, and manufacturing partners throughout the project lifecycle. Develop accurate quotations for both standard and custom contract furniture solutions. Review project specifications and requirements to ensure furniture solutions meet design intent and functional objectives. Review furniture drawings and collaborate closely with the factory to develop, refine, and approve production drawings. Verify the accuracy of specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, and pricing prior to production. Ensure alignment between customer requirements, project documentation, and manufacturing capabilities. Interpret drawings, specifications, and related project documents to support successful project execution. Identify, communicate, and resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. Build strong working relationships with customers, dealers, designers, and manufacturing teams. Uphold Decca's commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and exceptional customer service. Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience (Experience in contract furniture, interior construction, manufacturing, or related industries is strongly preferred) Ability to work in an often fast-paced deadline driven environment Ability to reply to formal RFP's Read and interpret design plans, drawings, etc. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to communicate design intent modifications clearly Comfortable working in concert with; Independent sales reps Dealers Architects Interior designers Proficiency with project management tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel, Adobe, CAD).
