From the moment a job is assigned to final completion, you'll be the primary contact for both the customer and the crew, making sure everything comes together with excellence. If you love working with people, solving problems, and seeing projects come to life, this role could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage 6-10+ paint crews on residential and light commercial projects Oversee the full project lifecycle: kickoff, progress check-ins, quality control, and final walk-throughs Communicate clearly and proactively with homeowners, ensuring they feel informed and cared for every step of the way Maintain project budgets, material costs, and labor expenses to achieve margin targets (goal: 41%+) Recruit and retain a reliable team of subcontractors, punch technicians, and support staff to meet production goals Resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and integrity, ensuring high satisfaction and positive reviews Collect payments and ensure all project financials (including change orders) are completed accurately and on time Participate in weekly leadership and operations meetings to stay aligned with company goals and receive coaching
What We're Looking For:
Experience professionally managing home service projects —residential construction, painting, remodeling, or related fields Strong leadership and people-management skills Proven track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
Results-driven:
you take ownership of outcomes and are motivated to hit production and financial goals Comfortable with basic technology (CRM, project management tools, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bonus Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English —to communicate effectively with diverse crews and customers Experience coaching and mentoring foremen, crew leads, or other project management staff Familiarity with painting products, techniques, and estimating Opportunities for
