Job Description The Senior Project Manager will plan and lead key projects or multiple projects from inception through deployment, providing day-to-day management and oversight of project resources, tasks, issues, timelines, cost and scope. In addition to managing projects, a Sr.
PM is responsible for:

The Successful Applicant Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree 10+ years managing large and/or simultaneous projects, including experience with self-perform capabilities 6+ years of experience specifically including projects within Technology/Life Science and/or Healthcare, Higher Education, Corporate, Light Industrial, Manufacturing, and K-12 sectors. Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships and trust with external partners, including owners, representatives, design firms, and subcontractors Strong collaboration and communication skills Thorough and detail-oriented Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints Self-starter and motivated with minimal supervision Strong computer skills, including Excel Estimating and field experience a plus Scheduling experience preferred Experience working in process/production facilities, greenfield or retrofit projects.
