Health Insurance - About the Role Our client, a leading health services and health insurance organization based in the Twin Cities, is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support digital marketing initiatives. This role focuses on managing web page updates from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with brand standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can independently manage multiple priorities. This role partners closely with digital, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality, compliant web experiences that support both commercial and government healthcare segments. Job Description The Marketing Project Manager will oversee web update projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress through project management tools, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage web update projects from initiation through completion, supporting multiple concurrent initiatives Partner with cross-functional teams (digital, marketing, compliance, and business stakeholders) to execute updates efficiently Ensure all content meets brand standards, business objectives, and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, schedules, and documentation within project management systems Track progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Monitor project health, identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, and proactively recommend solutions Conduct detailed proofreading and quality assurance reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on deadlines and deliverable quality
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines High attention to detail and ability to work independently to drive projects forward Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and identify resource needs or risks Experience working in a regulated industry such as health insurance or healthcare Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements is essential Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Experience using project management tools to track timelines, deliverables, and project status
Preferred Qualifications:
