Job Description

River's Edge Cabinetry is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cabinetry Designer / Project Coordinator. This position serves as a key point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the cabinetry and countertop selection process while helping ensure projects run smoothly from initial consultation through installation. This role is ideal for someone with a background in interior design, project management, construction, sales, or customer service. While design experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to discuss project goals, needs, and budgets Assist clients with cabinetry, countertop, hardware, and finish selections Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation Coordinate project timelines and communicate updates with clients, vendors, and installers Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met Conduct showroom appointments and provide exceptional customer service Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure project accuracy Maintain detailed project records and follow-up communications Help create a positive and professional customer experience from start to finish Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Experience in project coordination, project management, interior design, construction, remodeling, or a related field preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Comfortable learning design and estimating software Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and training A collaborative and supportive team environment The opportunity to help homeowners create beautiful and functional spaces If you enjoy working with people, managing projects, and helping bring remodeling dreams to life, we'd love to hear from you.
