This role includes assisting with scope management, ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks, proactively reporting site or scope‑related issues, and overseeing day‑to‑day on site administrative activities. The On-Site Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Off-Site Project Manager and the on-site low‑voltage team to achieve project objectives and meet critical milestones. Duties and responsibilities Collaborate with the Off-Site Project Manager to ensure all project tasks are completed accurately and reported promptly. Work with the Off-Site Project Manager and on-site crew to maintain and manage the overall project schedule. Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to order, track, and manage all required materials and equipment. Manage on site inventory and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain detailed and up‑to‑date records of job progress, including daily tracking reports. Communicate regularly with the Off-Site Project Manager and on‑site crew lead regarding project progress, challenges, and risk areas. Capture, manage, and submit all required on site deliverables Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience required Working knowledge of data centers and large-scale construction environment preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written). Proven time-management abilities and a strong sense of urgency Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Working conditions Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to meet project deadlines. Work will be conducted in both construction site environments and office settings
