Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of roofing projects, ensuring every job is completed to the "Renner Standard" of quality. You will serve as a critical bridge between our sales team, production crews, and the homeowner.

Key Responsibilities Project Management:

Coordinate all aspects of roofing, siding, and window projects from contract to completion.

Quality Control:

Provide active onsite supervision to ensure all work is performed to company and manufacturer standards.

Logistics & Material Management:

Verify that all required materials are correctly delivered to job sites and manage timelines to meet client expectations.

Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact during the build, providing clear updates and walking through completed work with homeowners to ensure total satisfaction.

Completion Reporting:

Formally close out projects by reporting finalization to management for billing and warranty purposes.

Prior Experience and Requirements:

Construction Experience:

1 Years of Construction Experience preferred.

Bilingual:

Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

High School Diploma Compensation & Details:
