IT Asset Management Coordinator

Endpoint Coordinator Contract length: 12 months Job Overview We are seeking an Endpoint Coordinator to support end users while managing IT device lifecycle activities. This role focuses on delivering strong customer service, coordinating device replacement and refresh requests, and ensuring accurate tracking of assigned equipment. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit device replacement and refresh requests through the Device Replacement/Refresh program Track assigned devices and maintain accurate records throughout the lifecycle Conduct follow-ups to locate missing or unreturned equipment Coordinate with internal teams to resolve device-related issues Provide support to end users and assist with basic troubleshooting Manage multiple requests simultaneously and ensure timely completion Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service OR Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Basic understanding of IT devices and troubleshooting Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with coordination, tracking, or operational processes
