We are focused on delivering high-quality lawn care, landscape installation, and outdoor solutions to residential and commercial clients. We take pride in professional service, strong customer relationships, and quality workmanship. We are looking for a foundational leader to assist in growing our landscaping division while also driving new sales and managing client relationships from the first conversation through project completion. Hardscape sales are a major focus of this role, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through commissions and performance-based growth. This is not a crew lead job.

This is a leadership role for someone who wants to take full ownership of the sales growth of a division — winning the work, project management of the work, and standing behind the results. If you thrive on making sales, love building systems, and want to be the person homeowners trust with their biggest property investments, this is the role for you! This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales initiatives, manage landscape projects from conception to completion, and build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for landscaping, horticulture, and outdoor aesthetics, combined with strong leadership and project management skills. Join us to drive growth, deliver exceptional outdoor solutions, and contribute to transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Responsibilities Sales & Client Relations Meet with prospective clients on-site, assess their needs, and present solutions that match their property and budget Build and deliver professional proposals for landscaping projects, This position plays a key role in helping grow our hardscape division, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, outdoor living spaces, and complete landscape installations. Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire project — providing updates, solving problems, and ensuring total satisfaction Follow up on leads from our marketing efforts (including direct phone calls, web inquiries, emails, and referrals ) and convert them into sold work Develop and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals Full-Cycle Project Management Take ownership of all sold landscaping jobs from start to finish — material ordering, scheduling, logistics, and quality of finished work, while working closely with our very talented Foreman & Landscape Team Manage permitting applications and coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are ordered, on-site, correct, and on time Be responsible for job costing, material budgets, and the division's profitability that align with the company's standards Close sales and coordinate with the installation team to ensure designs are executed to perfection. What We're Looking For Hands-on landscaping experience (hardscape and softscape) with a track record of leading crews and managing projects Proven track record in sales required: Sales ability — comfortable meeting homeowners, walking properties, and closing work. Experience selling hardscape, landscape,or outdoor projects strongly preferred with the ability to confidently sell larger-ticket outdoor living projects Exceptional organization — you can manage multiple projects, schedules, material orders, and client communications at the same time without dropping the ball Excellent communication skills — professional and clear with clients, crew members, and ownership A proactive self-starter who anticipates problems, finds solutions, and owns responsibilities without constant oversight Experience with landscaping tools and equipment, with the ability to train others Valid driver's license (required) Current DOT health card (required, or ability to obtain one) What We Offer Competitive, performance-based salary.
