The Role:
Project Coordinator As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key administrative and coordination role within our project teams. Your work will ensure the seamless execution of projects and support the success of both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Core Processes:
Directory Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project directories to streamline team communication and collaboration.
Submittal Management:
Manage project submittals from creation to closeout, ensuring all documentation is complete and organized.
Maintenance of Contract Documents:
Organize and manage project drawings and specifications to ensure transparency and accuracy.
Subcontracts and Purchase Orders:
Assist in issuing, tracking, and managing subcontracts and purchase orders.
Subcontractor Project Compliance:
Monitor compliance documentation to ensure all requirements are met in accordance with subcontract terms.
Closeout Documentation:
Collect and organize required closeout documents to fulfill owner and contract obligations.
Change Management:
Support Project Managers in tracking, managing, and documenting project financial changes. What We're Looking For A successful Project Coordinator at Woodstone is: Empathetic Team-focused Detail-oriented Open to learning and mentorship Proactive and organized Preferred Experience & Skills Experience in construction project coordination or clerical/project support Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Procore and CMiC experience (strongly preferred) High School Diploma or GED (required) Strong administrative and documentation skills
