Job Description:
About the job: The Sr. Supply Chain Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Oracle Fusion for the 70 Planners who will be using the new system. This manufacturing firm in the northwest suburban area has a need for a person who can help manage the changes that will be taking place with the new system. This will require a high level of leadership skills. The individual will need to be very personable with the ability to listen to the concerns of the Planners but also firm about the changes in processes that will be necessary. This position will usually work one day per week remotely. You must be a resident of the Minneapolis metro area and authorized to work permanently in the US.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, IT or similar discipline, Masters preferred Certification in Project Management (PMI, CAPM) Experience with ERP implementation especially Oracle Experience with change management regarding the implementation of a new ERP in an organization where you are responsible for at least 70 individuals Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to listen to stakeholders Eligible to work permanently in the US and resident of the Twin Cities Metro area
