Project Manager - Construction Services Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Construction Services team. The ideal candidate will work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to manage and complete various projects. The role involves overseeing mechanical systems within buildings and the installation of HVAC and building controls/automation systems. You will coordinate construction schedules, collaborate with general contractors and subcontractors, and work with the design team to order necessary materials for each project. Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously. Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure project completion. Work with mechanical systems within buildings, specifically focusing on HVAC and building controls/automation systems. Schedule construction activities and collaborate with general contractors and subcontractors based on project size and location. Work closely with the design team to order and manage materials needed for each project. Essential Skills Experience in project management within the construction industry. Knowledge of construction management, mechanical systems, and commercial construction. Ability to work with design teams and subcontractors effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications A background in mechanical systems is preferred but not required. Interest in building controls and automation is advantageous. Work Environment This position is based in the ALC office located in St Paul, conveniently situated near 280 and University Ave. The role requires working closely with various specialized teams, including the services team and the new construction team. While primarily an in-office position, it involves occasional site visits to ensure projects are on track and schedule. The work environment offers opportunities for growth and training in building controls and automation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
