SUMMARY Sales Project Managers at Building Restoration Corporation communicate with clients efficiently, lead and organize multiple crews and companies through projects and track projects through completion. A successful Sales Project Manager will be able to balance and juggle multiple projects at once and maintain clear communication with many clients seamlessly. They will also have great knowledge of the industry and operations in order to foresee project hurdles to overcome and unseen expenses that may occur. About the team PMs here tend to stick around, and that's not an accident. New PMs are mentored by experienced staff. You'll build a real book of business with owners, property managers, and design firms across the metro, with crews behind you who actually know historic masonry. We invest in training because evaluating a building is technical work and you can't fake your way through it. We also get the company together for events throughout the year. The role This is a hunting role as much as a managing one. You'll handle projects from the first cold call through the final invoice. A normal week mixes prospecting (dialing leads, writing cold emails, working your CRM) with the project management side (walking buildings, writing scopes, presenting bids, attending progress meetings, and pushing work through completion). Who does well here People who are organized and determined. You run your own calendar, your own pipeline, and your own follow-up. People who aren't shy about the phone or the inbox. Cold outreach is a real part of the job. People who can shift register without missing a beat. Architects in the morning, foremen in the afternoon. Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calls, cold emails, and consistent follow-up. Grow business with our existing client base. Evaluate buildings for deterioration and water infiltration. Document findings with measurements, photos, and notes. Develop repair plans, price scopes, and present bids to owners, property managers, architects, and engineers.
Manage projects through completion:
scheduling crews and subs, attending progress meetings, site visits, and quality and safety checks. Review and negotiate contracts. Handle invoicing and follow-up on receivables. What we need Working proficiency on Mac, Microsoft Office, and CRM software Strong written and verbal communication Ability to balance multiple active projects without dropping balls Negotiation skills for both bidding and ongoing project work Familiarity with permits, contract language, and construction regulations Helpful but not required Bachelor's degree in a related field Background in construction management Prior masonry, tuckpointing, repointing, or historic restoration experience Compensation and benefits Base salary plus uncapped commission Company phone and laptop Company events throughout the year
