Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex automation, manufacturing, and engineering projects from kickoff through final customer acceptance. This role owns project scope, schedules, budgets, customer communication, and overall execution for both Design Build (DB) and Build to Print (BTP) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage automation and engineering projects through full lifecycle execution Lead project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables Serve as primary customer contact for project updates, issue resolution, and technical coordination Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams Drive project timelines, procurement readiness, and customer acceptance activities Support contracts, milestone documentation, FAT/SAT activities, and reporting Contribute to PMO and continuous improvement initiatives
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field 5+ years of project management experience in automation, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineering environments PMP Certification required Experience managing Design Build (DB) and Build to Print (BTP) projects Strong knowledge of budgeting, contracts, customer management, and stage-gate methodologies Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and ERP/MRP systems Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred:
Experience with automation, robotics, or electromechanical systems Familiarity with Encompix ERP Ability to travel occasionally
