Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Roofing Project Manager to oversee residential and/or commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for coordinating crews, managing timelines, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage roofing projects from contract to completion Schedule crews, materials, and equipment for each job Conduct pre-construction meetings and job site walkthroughs Oversee job sites to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality standards Communicate with homeowners, builders, and team members throughout the project Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Handle change orders, supplements, and project adjustments as needed Perform final inspections and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and reports
Qualifications:
2+ years of roofing or exterior construction project management experience preferred Strong knowledge of roofing systems (asphalt shingles, metal, flat roofing, etc.) Ability to read contracts, scopes of work, and basic construction plans Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
