Siding Project Manager

Allied Construction is looking for a Siding Project Manager to oversee residential siding projects from start to finish. This role is the main point of contact for homeowners and crews, ensuring each project is completed with quality, care, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main on site representative for siding projects Meet with homeowners and contractors to review project scope Oversee siding installations for quality and compliance Coordinate schedules, materials, and crews Monitor permits and local building requirements Ensure job site safety Communicate updates, timelines, and any issues with homeowners and internal teams Support crews with problem solving and coordination

Qualifications:

Experience managing siding or exterior construction projects Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Knowledge of siding systems and installation processes Customer focused and detail oriented Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
