Project Manager

PFI Instore is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to support our PFI Instore Sales Teams . In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through installation—ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities, and serving as the key link between customers and internal teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (preferred) 2-4 years of project management or related experience Customer service experience required What You'll Do Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams Coordinate project requirements across Sales, Design, Engineering, Production, and Installation Develop project timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders Conduct and coordinate site surveys Prepare take-offs and specification listings for quotations Review product development, specifications, and costs Coordinate equipment delivery schedules and installation teams Create scopes of work and manage installation processes Visit facilities as needed to monitor project progress Inspect prototypes and initial production runs Manage field installation calls and resolve issues Document punch list items and ensure completion Approve invoices for installer payments Support new product development and design proposals Travel as needed to support projects and sales efforts Required Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural drawings Strong project management, organization, and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with 2D/3D CAD or SolidWorks is a plus Schedule & Travel Full-time position Travel required as needed to support projects, site visits, and installations Why Join PFI Instore?
