This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer service, and has a strong background in construction or restoration project management. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining schedules and budgets, and ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will leverage industry tools such as Xactimate to prepare accurate estimates, scopes of work, and project documentation. Responsibilities Manage restoration projects from start to finish, including crews, subcontractors, vendors, and timelines Utilize Xactimate to create estimates, scopes of work, and project budgets Monitor project profitability and control costs throughout the project lifecycle Oversee daily jobsite operations, safety compliance, and progress reporting Review and approve subcontractor proposals, invoices, and change orders Coordinate with operations teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Maintain organized project files, documentation, and client communications Conduct site assessments and develop action plans for mitigation and reconstruction needs Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, adjusters, and partners Respond to project-related needs as necessary, including urgent situations Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in construction, restoration, or related industry Experience using Xactimate strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of construction documents, estimating, and scheduling practices Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Disaster restoration or large-loss project experience preferred Valid driver's license required High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Benefits FlexTO Paid Holidays Why Join CRDN?
