  • 4:30PM Hours Per Week 24 Job Description We're looking for a collaborative, compassionate leader to help improve the quality of Behavioral Health Crisis Center services.
In this role, you'll guide unit-based improvement projects, support staff, and ensure patients with complex needs receive safe, high-quality, and person-centered care. You'll also supervise Project Coordinators and work closely with leadership to bring positive, lasting change to our behavioral health programs. You'll use your clinical expertise to coach staff, support treatment planning, and promote evidence-based practices across the unit. This is a key role for someone passionate about improving mental health services and supporting both patients and the teams who care for them.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree (or equivalent combination of education/experience) in a human services-related field. At least two years of experience working with chronically ill or complex patient populations. Strong leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build effective relationships with staff at all levels and with diverse populations. Strong organizational, planning, and process-coordination abilities. Current BLS certification. Completion of required training during orientation and within designated timelines.
