$53.90-$77.00 Per HR Description Join our team as a Contract Project Manager in the Kansas City, MO area. This onsite, contract role involves managing multiple enterprise projects, working with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is essential. Manage projects to meet requirements and stakeholder satisfaction. Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and manage expectations. Resolve complex issues and manage challenging situations effectively. Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Direct and motivate project teams, managing resources and work allocation. Prepare and update project plans, schedules, and reports. Facilitate project risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, quality, time, and cost effectively. Deliver project phases and ensure stakeholder signoff on deliverables. Establish and update project plans and schedules, managing deviations. Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations. Conclude projects with proper documentation and lessons learned. Qualifications Bachelor''s Degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of IT project management experience. Knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques. Proven goal-oriented, action-focused, and self-disciplined approach. Advanced skills in project planning, organizing, and team motivation.
