Job Description

Build Projects. Learn Business. Grow With Us. We're looking for a motivated, positive, and highly organized Project Manager to help us deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping us grow a fast-moving flooring and remodeling company. This is not a corporate project management role where you sit behind a desk all day. You'll be in the field, interacting with customers, solving problems, coordinating crews, managing projects, and helping drive the growth of the business. You'll work directly with ownership and get exposure to how a growing company actually operates—from project management and customer service to sales, marketing, leadership, hiring, and operations. If you've ever wanted a front-row seat to entrepreneurship and business ownership, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. What You'll Be Doing Managing active flooring and remodeling projects Coordinating schedules with installation crews Communicating with customers throughout their projects Following and improving project management systems and checklists Solving job-site issues and keeping projects on track Picking up and delivering materials Performing quality control checks and final walkthroughs Installing yard signs and helping generate referrals Door knocking neighborhoods around completed projects Taking photos and documenting completed work Supporting sales and operations when needed Creating a 5-star customer experience from start to finish Are You a Good Fit? You might be a great fit if: You enjoy being around ambitious, growth-oriented people. You find yourself listening to podcasts about business, sales, entrepreneurship, leadership, or personal development. You've listened to people like Alex Hormozi , Ed Mylett, Andy Frisella, or other entrepreneurs and thought, "I'd love to build something like that someday." You're interested in business ownership, real estate investing, sales, leadership, or creating additional income streams. You've had a side hustle, started a small business, sold something online, flipped items, or looked for opportunities to make extra money. You enjoy networking and building relationships. You like getting out of the office, meeting people, and making things happen. You enjoy activities like golf , networking events, business groups, or anything that helps you build relationships and grow personally and professionally. You've worked in customer service, hospitality, serving, sales, or another role that taught you how to communicate with people. You're humble enough to take feedback and hungry enough to keep improving. You ask questions because you genuinely want to learn. You take ownership of problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them. Why People Like This Role Why People Like This Role This position gives you exposure to much more than project management. You'll work directly with ownership and gain experience in: Business operations Project management Customer service Sales Marketing Hiring Leadership Financial decision-making Building systems and processes If you've ever thought about owning a business, investing in real estate, leading a team, or building something of your own one day, this role will give you a front-row seat to how a growing company operates.
