This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of project execution, from initial planning and estimating through to successful completion. As a key driver of project success, you will ensure that safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Duties Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of miscellaneous steel projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Develop detailed construction estimates utilizing construction estimating software and collaborate with the estimating team to prepare accurate bids. Oversee procurement processes by reviewing contracts, schematics, blueprints, and schematics to secure materials and subcontractors efficiently. Monitor construction site activities, ensuring compliance with design plans such as Civil 3D schematics and blueprint reading requirements. Utilize construction management software like TEKLA and SDS/2 for daily tracking of progress, costs, change orders, and documentation. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and problem resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality control measures, and safety compliance; address any issues proactively. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, schedules, budgets, and potential risks for senior management review. Ensure all work aligns with contractual obligations while maintaining a focus on safety standards and quality assurance.
