High SchoolResponsibilities Understand and manage concept and projections of ad campaigns Proofread, edit copy and art to ensure accuracy and client specifications are met Review and verify postage and currency funding is requested and aligns with the budget Monitor inventory for all materials to prevent disruptions and communicate with leadership on ordering more Adhere to strict deadlines and manage approval process through management and the communications department Update mailing checklists daily and work well within tight deadlines Manage vendor fulfillment and coordinate communications to other internal departments Create and update tracking and informational spreadsheets update checklists, track and manage samplings of mailings SkillsProof Reading (1 year of experience is required)Problem SolvingMulti-taskingOperationsMS Office (2 years of experience is required)Project CoordinationOrganizationMS ExcelProject Management Skills and ToolsQualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
