Job Description

The company focuses on the remedial restoration, preservation, and maintenance of concrete, brick, stone, block, and other masonry structures, delivering expert solutions designed to protect and extend the life of the built environment. Role Overview:
The Sales Project Manager will oversee concrete repair and reconstruction projects from planning through completion. This role requires a deep understanding of building envelope systems, construction defect repair, and project coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead restoration projects including scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality benchmarks. Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, and change orders. Conduct site visits and supervise field operations. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration or defect repair. Strong knowledge of waterproofing, building envelope systems, and structural restoration. Familiarity with construction litigation processes is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office. OSHA certification and PMP designation preferred.
