We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Project Manager in our Design Group at our Kansas City, MO location. Experience in Private Land Development is highly desirable. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
- Registered Professional Engineer with 4 or more years of experience in Kansas or Missouri
- 10 years minimum of related skills and experience in the development field
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, MS Project, Civil 3D, ArcGIS Pro
- Ability to work well with, coach and direct others with different personalities and professional styles
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to plan and deliver effective oral and written presentations
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
- Knowledge of business fundamentals, including project control and client relations
- General knowledge of preparing proposals
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
